We loved the windmill. The views from top apartment are spectacular! Blue sea three quarters round and big mountain at back.
Nice terraced area with brick bbq, table and chairs, washing line and attractive planting.
Friendly owners went out of their way to take us to hire car and arrange boat hire. They were available for help anytime but respected our privacy too. 10 min walk from lovely Dexia beach. It was actually better than I’d hoped. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed.

The location is fabulous (though note that people with mobility difficulties would find it a problem). Lovely, helpful people to call on when you needed it. If you want a holiday in an area of huge natural beauty, you couldn’t do better.

fantastic location within walking distance of vathy , the views are stunning across the bay looking towards the Peloponnese, the terrace perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, the owners are very friendly and helpful, beautiful accommodation, full of character .

This wonderfully renovated apartment offers the most spectular views of all aspects of the island, mountains and sea. Away from the bustle of the village, it offered a quiet sanctuary where we could just sit and relax (with the cats). The host, Mr Makis was both charming and generous. TOTALLY RECOMMENDED if you love a peaceful retreat with all the creature comforts. P.S. even the well water is special and tastes like water should.”

¨Το καλύτερο πράγμα σχετικά με αυτό το μέρος είναι η θέα που απλά κόβει την ανάσα. Οι φωτογραφίες δεν μπορούν να το αναδείξουν. Ειδικά το απόγευμα / νύχτα, μπορείτε να καθίσετε στο μπαλκόνι και να δείτε τον κόλπο που βρίσκεται ακριβώς μπροστά σας και να ονειρεύεστε για πάντα. Το ίδιο το μέρος ήταν πολύ καθαρό και καλά εξοπλισμένο. Πρόκειται για έναν παλιό ανεμόμυλο, που μετατράπηκε σε δύο ξεχωριστά διαμερίσματα. Συνοψίζοντας, το καλύτερο μέρος που έχουμε πάει. Κάντε στον εαυτό σας μια χάρη και προετοιμάστε δείπνο (το μέρος έχει μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα) με ένα μπουκάλι ωραίο κρασί για να το απολαύσετε σε αυτό το μπαλκόνι, κάτω από τα αστέρια… ¨

‘’We stayed at Razos Windmill for our honeymoon 11 years ago and came back this summer for the first time. It had had a facelift and the whole place was more luxurious than we remembered it! We were welcomed by the lovely Esta, who runs the place with her parents. When she heard that it was our wedding anniversary she came in with wine, sweets and cakes – it was a great surprise and such a lovely thing to do! The best thing about Razos is its location – above the bay that leads into Dexia Beach, with the best possible views. It is very quiet, ideal for a romantic break. We will come back – in less than 11 years this time!’’
